The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26(1)27, 21(a), 22, 33(2) and 4/40 of the Bihar Minor Miners Concession Rules, 1972 & Sections 15 of Environment Act, 1986. Allegation is that the petitioner was running a brickkiln without licence. Submission is that some other co-accused having identical allegation have already been allowed anticipatory bail vide Annexure-2. Petitioner has already applied for the licence. No.79145 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S.Case No.117 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
