JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2019 Heard the petitioner who appears in person and submits that only Shyamsundari Devi is in possession of the land by virtue of order of mutation made in her favour and the same has already been cancelled by the learned Additional Collector, Patna. Thereafter the petitioner filed petition before the Additional Collector for handing over the possession to her in view of the provisions as contained in Section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011, but it appears that infact name of Ashok Kumar Singh has also occurred in many places in para 4 and 5 of the order dated 18.09.2019.

In this view of the fact, let the name of Ashok Kumar Singh occurring in the order dated 18.09.2019 be deleted and the order dated 18.09.2019 stands corrected accordingly. This order be read as part of order dated 18.09.2019. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U
