2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I Act.

3. By order dated 13.09.2024, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to resolve the dispute between the parties.

4. The learned Mediator vide its report dated 09.12.2024 has, inter alia, reported that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties as per the terms and conditions as mentioned in the report.

5. As the dispute has already been resolved between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
