Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376/511, 354-A, 354-B, 504, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that Petitioners have committed no such offence as alleged against them rather they have been made accused in the present case as they happen to be the family members of coaccused. They have no specific allegation rather specific allegation is against co-accused Indrajeet Kumar. There is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S.
