BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 22-11-2024 The present MJC- Contempt Petition is filed for noncompliance of the order dated 17.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 20662 of 2012. Opposite Party have complied order of this Court to the extent whatever the due of the petitioner. However, petitioner submitted on instruction due to later development that he has been acquitted in criminal proceedings and resultantly he is entitled to further certain service and monetary benefits. Later development cannot be adjudicated in the present Contempt Petition.
2. Be that as it may, if the petitioner submits
Patna High Court MJC No.3610 of 2023(7) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 application along with the relevant documents, the concerned authority is hereby directed to examine the same and proceed to pass an order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such application.
