2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"i. The Learned A.D.J. XI Buxar be directed to conclude Session Trial No. 16/2016 arising out of Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No.298/15, dated 23.07.15 lodged under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,307,353,160 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code at the earliest or any stipulated time may kindly be fixed for the same.

ii. The Learned District and Sessions Judge, Buxar be directed to conclude Sessions Trial No. 169/2012 arising out of Buxar (T), P.S. Case No. 335/2011 lodged under sections

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.70 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 224,225,307,333,353,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act at the earliest.

iii. The Learned Principal District Judge (PDJ), Buxar be directed to conclude Session Trial No. 215/2012 arising out of Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 2015/2011 dated 31/07/2011 lodged under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act at the earliest or within any stipulated time as may kindly be fixed."

iv. The Learned J.M. Ist Class Buxar Court No.11 be directed to conclude Buxar (T) 164/2014, dated 07/04/2014 lodged under sections 387,506/120(B) at the earliest and without any further delay."

4. The Principal District Judge, Buxar is directed to conclude the Session Trial No. 215/2012 arising out of Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 215 of 2011 expeditiously preferably within three months.

5. In view of the above, this application stands disposed of.
