2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S Case No. 325 of 2024 dated 13.06.2024 registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others had entered the house of the informant and started firing indiscriminatly and had also assaulted and misbehaved with ladies in the house and there is an allegation of snatching of gold chain. It is further alleged that the dispute was with regard to illegal mining of sand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2312 of 2025(3) dt.05-05-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and due to an old dispute he has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Akhilesh Singh and Aryan Kumar @ Munna Kumar have already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87402 of 2024. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has five criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S Case No. 325 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2312 of 2025(3) dt.05-05-2025 3/3 Bharitya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), with further condition/s:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioner will be his close relative.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the Court below, if so required by the learned Trial Court.
(iii) In case of absence on two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be canceled by the Court concerned. (iv) If the petitioner's involvement is found in similar nature of offence in the future, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
