2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 452, 384, 509 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case , this petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2594 of 2024(3) dt.07-03-2024 2/3 alleged to have assaulted one Umar by means of butt of the pistol.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Though there is allegation of assault against this petitioner but there is no injury report on the record. Case and counter case . It is next submitted that a joint compromise petition has already been filed before the Court below on 23.09.2023 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IX , Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. case No. 707 of 2013 , subject to the conditions
