The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354/354(A)/354(B)/354(C)/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the POCSO Act. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner who is related to the informant used to tease her and also pass bad comment and after catching her hand forced her to perform marriage with him . He also took her photographs on mobile phone and gave threat to make the same viral. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that various litigations are going on between the parties. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO cum Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Patna in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 112 of 2018 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
