2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 337, 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
3 . The informant, who is Inspector-cum-S.H.O. of Hisua Police Station, got information that in village Latawar,

No.2315 of 2025(5) dt.16-07-2025 2/3 due to dispute with regard to illegal mining of sand, two groups of people are fighting with each other and are also firing indiscriminately and as such, the police party reached at the place of occurrence, but on seeing the raiding team, the accused persons fled away after leaving their tractors loaded with sand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion . The informant has not disclosed the source of information as to how he came to know that petitioner and others are involved in the said occurrence . Allegation is general and omnibus. Some of the similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide orders passed in Cr.Misc. No. 76178/2024 , Cr. Misc. No. 4209 of 2025 and 76516/2024 respectively .
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2315 of 2025(5) dt.16-07-2025 3/3 satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 324 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
