JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2021 Being aggrieved by the order dated 23.09.2019, passed by Smt. Madhavi Sinha, J.M. 1st Class, Patna, the present application has been filed for quashing that order. Vide order dated 28.08.2019, the learned court below directed physical appearance of the petitioner, but he did not obey that order. It was the reason that the bail bond was cancelled by the learned court below vide order dated 23.09.2019.

I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order. Accordingly this application is dismissed.
