The petitioners seek bail in Chandramadih Police Station Case No 287C2 of 2018 dated 23.09.2018 registered under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per allegation, 78 liters of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the Maruti Alto vehicle of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Jamui in Chandramadih Police Station Case No 287C2
