The petitioner seeks bail in Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.89 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Section 25 (1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that one country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in jail custody since 13.05.2019 i.e. more than six months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79131 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.89 of 2019 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
