Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra. Similar issue was considered and decided by this Court in CWJC No. 2365 of 2018 vide order dated 4.5.2018.

Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the present petitioners in the light of the order dated 4.5.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2365 of 2018, Annexure-6 to the writ petition within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
