2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S.Case No. 30 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and his family members are said to have assaulted the victim. The victim died after 84 days of the occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2023. He has one criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is

No.3463 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 directed to be released on bail after framing of charge of Beldaur police station case on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Khagaria in Beldaur P.S.Case No. 46 of 2023, subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trail.
