This is an application for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody since 20.09.2018 in connection with Special Case No. 186 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 376/376(B)/ 120(B)/504/506/354(D) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the court below is directed to expedite the hearing and conclude the trial of the case within a period of four months from today.
