Mr. Dilip Kumar No.1, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 Heard Mr. Jeetendra Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Dilip Kumar No.1, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they killed the daughter of the informant by setting her on fire.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. No such
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3151 of 2024(4) dt.16-04-2024 2/3 occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners are the in-laws of the deceased and there is no specific overt act against them. The marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Sanjeet Kumar and out of the wedlock they have a six years old daughter. He further submits that the deceased got burnt at her parental house while she was cooking meal. On the same day, the parental family members of the deceased informed the petitioners about the incident. He further submits that the before death of the informant's daughter, she was admitted to different hospitals for better treatment and whole expense of the treatment was borne by the petitioner's side. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
