2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2043 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 138 of N.I. Act.

3. As per allegation, some dispute arose between the parties regarding some money transactions between them.

4. Vide order dated 02.07.2025, the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89763 of 2024(5) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 It has been submitted that the matter has been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms and conditions of the compromise duly signed by both the parties has been annexed with the mediation report dated 07.10.2025.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail provisionally on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2043 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
