2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 85 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Sections 3 and 4 of the D.V. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 02.06.2025. It is also submitted that the petitioner is 80% disabled. Learned counsel

It is next submitted that the informant realizing his mistake has entered into the compromise with the petitioner. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid submission of parties, this application for regular bail is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move for bail after the informant is examined in the trial and if the informant does not support the prosecution, the petitioner shall be released on bail and if the informant supports the prosecution, then appropriate order shall be passed by the court below.
