The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 504 and 506 of the IPC. For land dispute earlier criminal case was lodged by the petitioners side.

Allegation against petitioner no.2, namely, Naveen Singh @ Naveen Kumar Singh @ Navin Kumar Singh is that he caused injury at the head of the informant with farsa. Submission is that doctor has found simple injury and

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner no.2, namely, Naveen Singh @ Naveen Kumar Singh @ Navin Kumar Singh had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Hence, prayer for anticipatory of petitioner no.2, namely, Naveen Singh @ Naveen Kumar Singh @ Navin Kumar Singh is rejected.

So far petitioner nos.1 and 3 are concerned, their prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioners namely, Ruman Devi @ Ruman Kumar and Ramchandra Singh be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-Ist, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Waini) P.S.Case No.320 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which
