Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 347 of 2017 for the offence under section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2017. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and informant has apprehended foul play of this petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2017, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 347

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72076 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 of 2017 on the following conditions;

(i) Bailors should be close relative of the petitioner. (ii) The petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and if it is found that petitioner has either influenced the witnesses or caused delay in disposal of trial, the trial court is granted liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
