The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siswan P.S.Case No.134 of 2019 dated 5.7.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is commission of dacoity in the house of the informant. FIR was lodged against the unknown and later on it appears from the impugned order that the petitioner was arrested in connection with another case and on confession in that case he has been made accused in this case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than three months. Charge sheet has been submitted but he has not been put on TIP nor is there

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IV, Siwan in connection with Siwan P.S.Case No.134 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
