Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the back side of the house of the petitioner, liquor was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and the place of recovery is accessible by others also. Petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78938 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Zeradei Police Station Case No.115 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
