The petitioner seeks bail in Kadamkuan P.S. case No. 577/2019 registered under Section 20/22 of the NDPS Act. Ten grams of brown sugar is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which is just above small quantity and for that the petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six and half months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. case No. 577/2019.
