The petitioner is accused in connection with Koelwar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that at the time of occurrence, petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol and two alive cartridges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.04.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81933 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojlpur at Area, in connection with Koelwar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
