2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 310(2) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that five unknown miscreants have entered in the shop of the informant armed with weapon and took away Rupees sixty five thousand cash and snatched golden chain worth Rs. 75,000/-

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, one Rajnish has given his confessional statement and he has named this petitioner in his confessional statement. Nothing has been

Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 20.09.2025. It has further been submitted that co-accused Rajnish Kumar has already been granted bail by learned co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41860 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on better footing.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mathurapur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Samastipur with a condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in trial and shall be physically present before the trial court whenever required.
