2. The defects as pointed out by the office is hereby ignored.

3. The Succession Case No. 84 of 2022 has been pending before the Sub-Judge-I, Patna.

4. It is directed that till the decision of the succession case by the Sub-Judge-I, no amount shall be released in favour of anyone by the IDBI Bank or the SBI Bank from the account which is in the name of the father of the petitioner, details of which are given in this writ petition.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
