JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal Thana P.S. Case No. 332 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(1), 351(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the order giver in the present case.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 5.10.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is
