The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.9375 of 2019, arising out of Daniyawan P.S. Case No.168 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a), 30(d) and 32(iii) of the Bihar (Prohibition) Excise Amending Act, 2018. The accusation is of recovery of 24 liters country made liquor from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is lady and she, having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 22.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81265 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.9375 of 2019, arising out of Daniyawan P.S. Case No.168 of 2019.
