2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 325 , 307, 379, 354(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted one Mahesh Yadav by means of lathi and danda due to which he sustained injury .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.3658 of 2024(4) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 both the informant and petitioners are co-villagers and due to dispute over land, a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them. The present case is counterblast of Ayar PS Case No. 117 of 2023 , which was filed by the daughter of petitioner No. 2 against the informant's side . Injury allegedly caused to the informant side is found to be simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM - VII, Ara in connection with Ayar P.S. case No. 116 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
