The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly working after valid appointment. No work is gratuitous. The Constitution prohibit any form of begari.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23807 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary. If the appointment of the petitioner is found genuine and valid after verification of the record, the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad shall pass appropriate order for payment of salary at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure payment thereof within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
