2.The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that one Bulbul Yadav and Ranvir Singh threatened her son, namely, Pranav Prince(deceased) to kill him and on the same day, coaccused Rupesh Kumar and this petitioner called her son from the house and on the next day, villagers informed that her son was lying dear near a river.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has

Nothing specific allegation of committing murder of the informant's son against this petitioner. There is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Nothing consistent material has come against him. Similarly situated other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court and from another Bench of this court respectively vide Annexure-2 series of this petition. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.05.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6.Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.IVth, Begusarai.
