2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to dispute over drainage of water, Marpit took place between the petitioner and informant in which it is alleged that this petitioner in inebriated condition entered in the house of the informant and assaulted and misbehaved with the wife of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are the next-door neighbour and due to petty dispute scuffle took place and taking advantage of this situation false

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3038 of 2024(3) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 and concocted case has been filed. Petitioners claim to be of clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
