Petitioner seeks bail in Kharagpur (Gangta) P.S. Case No.83 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Sections 3,4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 20, 23, 35 of the UPA Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the First Information Report. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner.
In the written report, it is alleged that police learnt

Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Munger, in connection with Kharagpur (Gangta) P.S.
