The petitioners seek bail in Manjhi P.S. Case No.238 of 2019 registered under Sections 30 and 30(g) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant having got information that the petitioners had stored huge quantity of country made liquor in their house, raided the house of the petitioners and recovered 100 liters of country made liquor.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are own brothers and they are in custody since 05.11.2019. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid that petitioners have

Case No.238 of 2019.
