2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115 (2), 324 (4), 329 (3) , 303 ( 2 ), 74, 352, 351 ( 2 ), 191 (2) of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89081 of 2024(2) dt.21-01-2025 2/3 Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita .

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant has land dispute with the petitioners which is pending in Court of Sub Divisional Lok Sikayat Katihar and on the oral direction of the said Court Court informant went to repair her house on 27.06.2024 , in the meantime , all F.I.R. named accused persons including came there and abused and also assaulted the brother of informant. It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched mobile and tore the Salwar suit of one Sabnam Khatoon and also threatened the informant with dire consequences.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that on account of land dispute between the parties a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Injury allegedly caused by these petitioners is simple in nature . 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
