The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 543 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 32.400 litres of illicit Nepali liquor from the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and they are having clean antecedents. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 543 of 2019.
