2. Petitioners seek bail, who are in custody since 19.04.2021, in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 29 of 2022 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 20.01.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have clean antecedents and they have been falsely implicated in the present case merely on the ground that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant.

4. Earlier the bail petition of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 13.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46649 of 2021 and again vide order dated 12.10.2022 the bail petition of the petitioners stands dismissed as withdrawn in Cr. Misc. No. 51802 of 2022.

5. Vide order dated 19.01.2024 a report was called for with regard to the stage of the trial. Report dated 13.02.2024 of the learned Trial Court reveals that altogether all the seven chargesheeted witnesses have been examined and now the case is pending for the examination of defence witnesses.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 29 of 2022 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-XI, Darbhanga.

7. Prayer is refused.

8. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. Ibrar//- (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) U T
