2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 414, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Bajarangi @ Nitish Kumar, who was apprehended on spot with stolen motorcycle. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Barh (Patna) in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 231 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
