2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 323, 353, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner along with Co-accused Vinod Sharma entered into the School premises and started misbehaved with the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the first information report. Petitioner has been

No.88415 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/3 falsely implicated in this case by the informant, who is Headmaster of the school in question, merely because he raised voice against the mid-day meal provided by the school with regard to Government rule. Petitioner is a retired Central Government employee and he has never committed any such type of offence. Petitioner is an old man and also suffering from several old age diseases. The allegations made are false and frivolous which has no relevancy with the facts and circumstances of the present case. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent.

5. The learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping in view clean antecedent of petitioner, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st
