The petitioners seek bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.633 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 385, 140, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others were caught doing illegal mining.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.633 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall mark their presence in Maner Police Station, District- Patna on first and third Sunday of every month.
