2. This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents L.N. Mithila University to pay to the petitioner his post retiral dues.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University has submitted, based on oral instructions which he has received, that all the admissible dues consequent upon petitioner's retirement has been paid.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to orders of this Court and has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to file a representation before the authority for clearing any other dues which has remained pending.

5. Considering the above submission, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation before the Finance Officer of the University, if according to him, any amount has still remained pending.
