Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mednichouki P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that recovery of five liters liquor was found from the cattle fodder hut and not from the dwelling house of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that recovery was made from the cattle fodder hut and not from the dwelling house of the petitioner, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82048 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge (Excise), Lakhisarai, in connection with Mednichaouki P.S.
