2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner got appointed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Panchayat Teacher on 20.10.2014 after verification of all the documents and certificate issued by BSEB, Patna. It is also submitted that petitioner was dismissed from service vide letter No.08 dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3147 of 2024(3) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 20.09.2018 issued by Panchayat Secretary, Harimurhi, Banmankhi, Purnea. Petitioner claims to be clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
