2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 533 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 427, 504, 506/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons which includes Osama Sahab son of late Md. Shahabuddin went to the property of the informant and they fired and assaulted the victims. Learned counsel further submits that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 82359 of 2023 has granted bail to a similarly situated co-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4467 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 accused namely, Osama Sahab.
4. Considering the grant of bail to the main accused, this application is allowed.
5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 533 of 2023.
6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Pachrukhi Police Station, Siwan on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
