In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 305 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. On the information of the arrested accused persons, raid was conducted in the house of the present petitioner and arms and ammunition were recovered from there. The petitioner is in jail since 16.08.2019.

Looking to the nature of allegation as also considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84121 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 above named, is rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months of his judicial custody.
