Petitioner seeks bail in Ben P.S. Case No.75 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is already in custody.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who is in custody since 15.07.2018 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
