2. This application is for grant of regular bail arises out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.216 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code,.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was cut into pieces and during scientific investigation, the has come that the petitioner has given supari for killing the deceased.

4. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail. He is in custody since 23.10.2023 and he has three criminal antecedent.

5. From the report of the Trial Judge it appears that that the trial has not proceeded beyond the stage of framing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.229 of 2025(4) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 charge though the petitioner is in custody of one and half years.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Darbhanga/concerned Court below, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.216 of 2024.

8. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Laheriasarai Police Station, Gaya on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. This is also subject to the condition that one of the bailor will be a close blood relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.
