JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Chandra Sen Prasad Singh, learned APP for the State. 2.The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 85, 108, 351(2), 352, & 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the sister of the informant was married to Tarun Sinha 15 years ago. After marriage, the deceased was tortured by her in-laws due to not having a child and due to that reason on 17.05.2025, she consumed poison due to which she died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the

No.85079 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that only allegation is that on the family pressure she has consumed poison. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody and this petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel has further submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj.
