Case i.e., the Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 588 of 2023, therefore, they are being heard together and are being decided by a common order.
2. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. As per the prosecution case, the son of the informant was a drug addict and he has been killed by the petitioners and others.
5. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner namely Loha Singh @ Sudhir Kumar @ Sudhir Singh was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14777 of 2024.
6. The petitioner namely Loha Singh @ Sudhir Kumar @ Sudhir Singh is in custody since 04.11.2023 and the petitioner namely Raju Rai @ Raju Kumar is in custody since 05.03.2024. The Trial has started in the case.
7. Considering the period of custody, these applications for regular bail are allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 588 of 2023 subject to condition that:-
